Our services are powered by the Mana platform. For details on your rights and responsibilities while using these services, please consult Manas General Terms and Privacy Policy. By accessing our services, you agree to adhere to the General Terms and Privacy Policy in addition to the stipulations outlined in this document.
You can book a class a number of days in advance and up to 5 minutes before the class starts (check our website or app for the exact number of days on classes and events). To retain your spot, you need to check in no later than 5 minutes before the class begins; otherwise, your spot may be released to someone on the reserve list or waiting for a drop-in spot. Failure to check in is not considered a valid cancellation (read more under "Cancellation Policy").
For pre-booked classes, you must check in no later than 5 minutes before the class starts. After this time, your spot may be given to participants on the reserve list or drop-in participants. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class begins, giving another person the chance to attend the class. If you are on the waiting list, you'll remain on it until 5 minutes before the class starts, as late cancellations can happen. If you know that you can't attend at short notice, you must cancel at least 3 hours before the class starts. Make sure to keep an eye on the app or your email to see if you've got a spot.
Online classes don't require cancellation as they don't take up space for others, and you'll be automatically checked in.
If you miss three cancellations in the same 30-day period, you may be restricted from pre-booking classes for 14 days. However, you can still come to the studio and take drop-in spots. You can also pay a fee of 200 SEK to lift the booking restriction.
We comply with the Distance Selling Act, “distansavtalsköplagen”, for purchases via our website, app, and the app and website of our booking provider Mana Technology AB (getmana.app). Within 14 days of purchase ("refund policy"), customers have the right to notify us in writing if they have regretted their purchase, provided the service/training hasn't started or activated.
The following rules apply as an exemption from the Distance Selling Act, “distansavtalsköplagen”, and refund obligations.
Prices include VAT and are in Swedish Krona unless otherwise specified. In checkout, the total price is shown, including fees such as VAT and others.
Products include training memberships, courses, events, and related products in the studio's store.
You can pay directly with a card (VISA and Mastercard) or through Apple Pay and Google Pay, either with one-time payment or recurring monthly payments for memberships. We use Adyen to process secure payments. Your payment method will be saved to your account.
Personal information is data that can directly or indirectly be linked to a living person. Examples include name, address, phone number, and email address.
Processing personal data involves all forms of handling personal information, such as collection, registration, and storage.
To become a customer/member, we need to collect your name, personal number, address, phone number, and email address for our customer register and newsletter.
We reserve the right to store personal data and photos in a database with our booking provider, Mana Technology AB, to maintain a functioning booking and membership system. These details are used only by us and our booking provider and only where relevant to the operation and in accordance with GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for more details.
