Rebuild your strength and ease back into fitness with Baby Burner, our 4-week post-natal recovery course featuring two weekly classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, 09:00–10:00 (45-minute class, followed by a 15-minute hangout with post-class shakes).

Led by expert post-natal trainer Jenna, these mat-based classes focus on gentle, effective exercises using small props or just body weight. The workouts are specifically designed to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and enhance your overall physique in a safe, supportive, and empowering way. After each session, unwind and connect with other moms while enjoying a protein shake, packed with post-natal-friendly nutrients. Bring your baby along and make this a special time to bond with them and your new community of moms.

At the start of the course, you'll also receive a goodie bag from Pureness, filled with healthy post-natal essentials like vitamins, collagen, electrolytes, and more.

Please note: While childcare is not provided, you are more than welcome to bring your baby (don’t forget a baby seat).
