Ease back into movement with our new Post-Natal Reformer class – a gentle and empowering way to rebuild strength after birth, now on the reformer. This class runs as an ongoing weekly offering every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30–11:15, followed by a cozy lounge hangout with a protein and collagen shake, made to support your recovery.
Led by expert post-natal trainer Marrit, these sessions are designed to safely reintroduce you to fitness with a strong focus on core stability, posture, pelvic floor awareness, and overall mobility – all enhanced by the support and precision of the reformer. It’s low-impact, deeply restorative, and tailored for your post-baby body.
We highly recommend completing our Baby Burner mat course first, as it lays the perfect foundation for these reformer-based movements.
After class, stay for a nourishing shake and connect with other new moms in our warm, welcoming lounge space. Bring your baby along and make this a special moment for both of you.
Please note: While we don’t offer childcare, babies are more than welcome (baby seat recommended).
